Elegant architecture can be hard to reconcile with the darkest era in a country’s history. Yet this was precisely the challenge faced by Veauthier Meyer Architects with the restoration of the ‘Schwimmhalle Finckensteinallee’, a swimming pool located in southern Berlin.
